The client has the right to cancel the stay (withdraw from the purchase contract or confirmed order – hereinafter referred to as withdrawal). The date of notification is decisive for determining the amount of cancellation fee (the day the Litovel hotel received the written notice of withdrawal). Cancellation fees are not charged for cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, fire, war events, natural disasters) and due to documented illness or death of the client. The client is obliged to deliver the withdrawal in writing.
The client is obliged to pay the cancellation fee as follows:
- 30-21 days: 10 %
- 20-11 days: 30 %
- 10-2 days: 50 %
- 1 day: 100 %
- Day of planned check-in: 100 %
- Uncancelled reservation: 100 %
